S&F Consulting Group LLC is seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Analyst to join our growing team in McKinney, TX. This is a full-time position with telework eligibility and 50% travel required.

Duty description:  The HR Analyst position at S&F Consulting Group LLC will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including collecting and analyzing HR data, developing and implementing HR policies, providing support to employees, and managing benefits and compensation programs. In addition to these standard HR responsibilities, the position will also include acting as an executive analyst. This means that the HR Analyst will be responsible for providing strategic advice and support to senior management on HR-related matters. They will need to have a strong understanding of the business and be able to translate HR data into actionable insights.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and report on human resources data and metrics.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to employees with HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Stay updated on current HR trends and best practices.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working in an HR role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with HRIS systems is a plus.

Highly Desired:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop).
